FAQ's

HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE OVEN?
All removable items such as the stainless steel racks and rings are removed and soaked in our van based process cleaning tank. The remainder of the oven or cooker is deep cleaned by hand using low odour, biodegradable, water based cleaning products. Once all the interior surfaces have been cleaned, the removable items are returned to the oven. The exterior is degreased, polished and left shining.

HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY COOKER?
It usually takes about two hours to clean a cooker. A range or aga will take around three to four hours. The cleaning time will also depend on the condition of your cooker.

ARE YOU INSURED ?
Yes we carry full liability insurance for your total piece of mind!

WHAT DOES YOUR COST INCLUDE?
You are paying for our expertise, time, cleaning products and equipment. The clean is done by hand so is likely to take several hours. We have set prices and our costs are fully inclusive. Our charges are not linked to how dirty your oven is or how long it takes to clean. There are no hidden extras such as travelling costs or VAT.

IS IT WORTH THE MONEY?
The results we can achieve depend on the condition of your oven, but we are confident that you will be amazed and delighted by the results. We are  always honest with you before we start to clean your oven, cooker or extractor hood etc. if we have any doubts that we will be able to produce excellent results we will discuss this with you beforehand and explain why.

DO YOU REPLACE OVEN OR EXTRACTOR BULBS?
Yes we carry a range of oven and extractor bulbs, which we can replace whilst cleaning your oven.

DO YOU REPLACE EXTRACTOR HOOD FILTERS?
Yes we can replace the filters whilst we are cleaning your extractor hood.

DO YOU REPAIR APPLIANCES?
No we don’t, but for simple repairs we will try to source replacement parts from our suppliers or we can often give you details of local companies who carry out cooker repairs.
